WI Supreme Says ‘Election Officials Were Wrong,’ Ruling Not Good For Team Biden

by Alex Stevens

The mainstream media were quick to report that one of the cases before the Wisconsin Supreme Court did not end in favor of President Donald Trump and his supporters. However, there was another case before the Wisconsin Supreme Court, and the court said the election officials were wrong. You don’t want to miss this.

The Wisconsin Supreme Court opinion, which was released Monday morning, says local elections officials were wrong to suggest that voters could claim the status of “indefinitely confined” based on COVID-19.

The majority decision also held that if voters falsely claimed they were indefinitely confined “their ballots would not count.”

Under Wisconsin law, a voter may receive a ballot by mail and bypass Wisconsin’s voter ID law if the voter, by his own determination, concludes he “confined” based on age, physical illness, or infirmity.

This fall, roughly 215,000 voters in Wisconsin said they were indefinitely confined, nearly a four-fold increase from the 2016 election. The court said the government’s interpretation of Wisconsin’s indefinitely confined was erroneous.

“A county clerk may not ‘declare’ that any elector is indefinitely confined due to a pandemic,” the court said. The court further stated that, “…the presence of a communicable disease such as COVID-19, in and of itself, does not entitle all electors [voters] in Wisconsin to obtain an absentee ballot…”

Moreover, the court stated that lockdown orders do not meet the requirements to allow a voter to claim the status of “indefinitely confined” either.

In its final decision, the justices concluded that it’s up to each voter — not the county clerks or anyone else — to decide if and when they qualify as indefinitely confined.

Americans weighed in on social media.

“I told you on Friday, that senile, Obama-bot zombie judge in WI who personally vouched for 30k ‘indefinitely confined’, was at best partially insane. Here you go: BIG win for @realDonaldTrump,” tweeted Mike Church.

“Elections officials were wrong to suggest voters could claim ‘indefinitely confined’ status based on Covid-19 lockdowns. The majority decision also held that if voters falsely claimed they were indefinitely confined ‘their ballots would not count,’” tweeted Lord Tim Acheson, Esq.

“Wisconsin Supreme Court says election officials were wrong; ballots may not be counted…the majority decision in that case, Jefferson v. Dane County, also held that if voters falsely claimed they were indefinitely confined ‘their ballots would not count,’” tweeted Espanoles con Donald Trump.

The question becomes how to determine what mail-in ballots cast were fraudulent per this latest ruling. There has to be a way to investigate this and come up with a number to throw out.

Those of us who voted against Barack Obama twice did not question the election integrity in 2008 and 2012. The data and stats of those elections were congruent with an Obama win both times. We may have not liked the results, but we also were not running around claiming “voter fraud.”

If we had not been shown the numerous allegations of fraud in this election, we would have accepted it. We are adults who know we do not always get our way. We all watched as Obama garnered huge numbers at campaign rallies. We saw those Americans who were mesmerized by his “hope and change” message.

Besides the allegations of fraud Americans have testified to over the last several weeks, we are scratching our heads about Joe Biden’s lack of visible support during the campaign. We would have to accept that Biden got more votes than Obama. That Biden got more votes than any other presidential candidate, ever.

That’s circumstantial evidence, and we know this. But until it is proven without any doubt that Biden won this election, there will be no peace moving forward. There can’t be unless our election integrity is fixed.
